Please read on for many exciting updates about POPDHH programs and services, including ASL groups, Online Training for DHH education professionals, Countdown to Kindergarten, and news from our community partners!

The registration for new programs and services is now closed. The participants will be receiving further details early next week.
Please note that the ASL credit course registration is not open yet. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please stay tuned for registration info in May or early June.

Countdown to Kindergarten – Encore

By popular demand,  we are pleased to announce an encore workshop for parents and designated service providers of DHH students transitioning to Kindergarten. Click on the poster for details and to register:

Supporting Students who are DHH 

The SPRING 2021 session is FULL, but we are collecting names and will contact you if we have enough interest to offer a second session this spring; or save you a spot for the fall. The workshop consists of six consecutive sessions on Wednesdays from 3 pm to 4/4:30 pm; future dates TBD.
**If you have a school-based team of educators who are interested in this kind of training, please contact office@popdhh.ca to inquire about our on-demand online training offerings.

Lunch and Learn Thursdays – Spring 2021

Reminder that the Spring Series is open for registration:

  • May 13th, 2021 – Sunny Hill Programs and Services Update, by Sydelle Murphy and Marie Campbell
  • June 10th, 2021 – POPDHH Programs and Services Update, by POPDHH Team

Register here if you haven’t already. The webinar link will be sent with registration confirmation (a new link!). Interpreters and captioning will be provided. Sessions may be recorded.
