Honouring the Children Found at Tk’emlúps Indian Residential School

POPDHH joins the school districts and community partners across the province to mourn the deaths of 215 Indigenous children discovered recently at the former Tk’emlúps Indian Residential School. Please read this  blog post about 10 things you can do to show your support.

Also we would like to share Deaf Youth Canada’s announcement of the very first Indigenous Deaf Awareness Month this June.

A correction notice regarding ASL Credit Course: Previously, we announced that the registration would open this month. Due to logistical circumstances, it has now  been delayed until September 2021.
