Student Events – June 2022

POPDHH, PDHHS, and TDHH Jamie Corpuz cosponsored a two-day family event in Terrace. On June 2nd, 15 DHH students and their families enjoyed pizza and games, followed by a presentation by POPDHH and PDHHS, and a swim at a local leisure complex. The next day, the weather had something to say about the plans for a picnic on the beach so the participants moved indoors to MaXXed Out Family Fun to conquer obstacle courses, ninja clases, bumper cars and more!

DHH students from Fort Saint John and surrounding communities had an opportunity to participate in a regional camping trip at Cameron Lake Outdoor Education Centre. 16 students, TDHH Sally Birley, and our very own Alana Haller were lucky enough to partake in the outdoor learning and activities which included archery, canoeing and mountain biking. We hope to be back again next year!
