Updates about our three-year project funded by the Ministry of Education to address the unique needs of students who are DHH who are learning how to read.

POPCON 2025

The Ministry of Education and Child Care’s Provincial Outreach Programs (POPs) support low incidence students and their teams through direct service and capacity-building. This year the annual BC POP Conference is hosting sessions from each of the POPs on October 24th, 2025 (Provincial Pro-D) from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.  Live and pre-recorded sessions will feature presentations by the POPDHH Literacy team, as well as our wildly popular Inclusive strategies: DHH Learners workshop. ASL interpreters and live captioning will be provided.
