POPDHH E-Learning Workshops – Materials and Feedback

Resources and updates from the Community

We would like to share updates and resources from our community partners and agencies:

• EASE at Home Resources: In response to the pandemic and requests received from educators, some EASE classroom activities have been updated for use at home by parents and caregivers to support children’s mental health and continuous learning. EASE ‘At Home’ K-3 and 4-7 activities are now available on  EASE website. They will also be posted soon on the Keep Learning BC website  https://www.openschool.bc.ca/keeplearning/.
• FNDC – BC Deaf Youth Connect: FNDC is launching this program with their Deaf Youth Today past summer staff and support from Surrey School District. Click for the flyer and info how to register.
• Making Online Learning Accessible for DHH Students – a helpful summary that complements our own e-learning resources.
